Sweet Berry Butter with Cinnamon and Honey

Mixed berries combined with honey and cinnamon transforms the natural richness of the butter into a real treat!


  • 2 sticks Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
  • 2 bags Brothers-All-Natural Mixed Berry Fruit Crisps
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg


Step 1

In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients well. Try to break up as many butter chunks as possible. Butter should turn a purple/pink color. Serve immediately or place in a small container and cover the direct surface of the butter with plastic wrap. Cover with a lid and refrigerate until ready to use.
Creating Slices of Butter:
Step 2

Lay out a piece of foil with a piece of parchment paper on top. Place butter mixture onto the parchment paper in a log shape.

Roll parchment paper over butter making sure to leave an open tail that you can hang on to. Hold the tail end with one hand and place a cookie tray on top of the tail right next to the butter. Scrape cookie tray (wiggle back and forth)toward the butter to compact it.
Step 4

Roll up butter log (foil and parchment together) and twist each end in opposite directions, very tightly. Refrigerate butter until solid, then slice and serve as desired. Butter may also be frozen.
