Caramel Apple Blonde Brownies Recipe

Delicious flavors of apple and caramel baked in the form of a brownie (blondie) made from freeze-dried apples and caramel chips.


  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 cup Butter (Softened)
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 4 bags Brothers-All-Natural Apple Fruit Crisps
  • 1 cup Caramel chips


  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 13 x 9 inch pan.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.
Step 3
Add the flour, baking soda, 2 tsp of the cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix well.
Step 4
Stir in the Apple Fruit Crisps and caramel chips.

Spread into greased pan. Sprinkle with1 tsp each of cinnamon and sugar.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes.
