This chicken vegetable soup is warm and hearty and very easy to make!
Ingredients
- 6 cups Chicken Broth
- 4 Carrots (Diced)
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Corn
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Peas
- 1 cup Freeze Dried Potatoes
- 1 Onion (Diced)
- 3 cups Diced/Shredded Chicken
- 1 Package (12 oz) Noodles
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Heat the chicken broth to a boil over medium high heat in a large saucepan. | |

Add your noodles and let them boil for 7 minutes before adding veggies. | |
Step 3 | |
Add veggies and lower the heat to medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are soft/tender. | |
Step 4 | |
Add the cooked chicken and seasonings. Stir everything together and allow the noodles to heat through (about a minute). | |
Step 5 | |
Ladle into bowls and serve immediately. |
