Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Soup

A warm, hearty chicken noodle soup with veggies that is super easy to make with Freeze-Dried Vegetables.

Chicken Noodle and Vegetable Soup

This chicken vegetable soup is warm and hearty and very easy to make!


  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 Carrots (Diced)
  • 1 cup Freeze Dried Corn
  • 1 cup Freeze Dried Peas
  • 1 cup Freeze Dried Potatoes
  • 1 Onion (Diced)
  • 3 cups Diced/Shredded Chicken
  • 1 Package (12 oz) Noodles
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper (To Taste)


Step 1
Heat the chicken broth to a boil over medium high heat in a large saucepan.
Step 2
Add your noodles and let them boil for 7 minutes before adding veggies.
Step 3
Add veggies and lower the heat to medium and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until veggies are soft/tender.
Step 4
Add the cooked chicken and seasonings. Stir everything together and allow the noodles to heat through (about a minute).
Step 5
Ladle into bowls and serve immediately.
