Apple Walnut Chicken Salad

Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 teaspoon Italian Dried Herbs
  • 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • pinch Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

Salad

  • 2 cups Spring Greens
  • 1/4 cup Toasted Walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon Blue Cheese Crumbles
  • 4oz Cooked Chicken Breast (store bought roasted chicken is perfect)
  • 1 bag Brothers All Natural Fuji Apple Fruit Crisps

Directions

Step 1
To make the dressing, in a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, mustard, herbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Slowly whisk in oil until mixture thickens. If dressing is too thick, add a splash of water.
Step 2
Toss salad greens with dressing. Top with walnuts, blue cheese, chicken and top with Brothers All Natural Fuji Apple Fruit Crisps. Serve.
Step 3
Vegetarian Apple Walnut Salad: Omit Chicken and follow all other steps above.
