8 bags Brothers All Natural Mango Fruit Crisps (1 oz. bags)
1 cup Heavy cream
1 packet Unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup Water
Pour the mango fruit crisps into a bowl and cover with water. Let sit & rehydrate for about an hour.
In another mixing bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Pour 1/4 cup water into a microwave safe bowl. Sprinkle gelatin powder evenly over the surface of the water. Allow to sit for 5 minutes, then microwave at 10-second intervals. Mix with a fork to ensure the gelatin has dissolved completely.
Add rehydrated mangoes into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the gelatin to the pureed mango and blend for another minute.
Pour the mango puree into the bowl of cream. Gently fold until combined. Pour into dessert cups and let chill for 4 hours.
