Ingredients
- 1 cup freeze dried bananas
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 8oz white chocolate (wafers or chopped chocolate work)
Directions
Step 1
|
Start by covering a baking sheeting with parchment paper. Place the freeze dried bananas close together on the baking sheet. A single layer of bananas works best as shown in photo.
Step 2
|
It's time to make the coating. Simmer water in a pan. Once simmering, place a heat-proof bowl on top. Place the chocolate and peanut butter in the bowl, and stir to melt the chocolate and avoid clumps. You can also carefully melt the chocolate in the microwave. Do this by heating then stirring in 20 second intervals. Once almost melted, stir in the peanut butter.
Step 3
|
While the mixture is still warm, pour over the bananas until they're evenly coated. Allow the bark to cool completely before breaking into pieces. You can stick in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
Step 4
|
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container.
