Ingredients
Granola
- 2 cups old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
- 5 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup honey, agave or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Yogurt Bowl
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup freeze dried fruit of your choice (we recommend strawberries, peaches or bananas!)
- 1 cup yogurt of your choice

First, make the granola. Prepare by preheating the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit. | |

Grab a medium sized bowl and place the oats, unsweetened coconut flakes, vegetable oil, honey, cinnamon and vanilla extract in it. Stir well to combine. | |

Spread evenly onto a baking sheet, bake for 18 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. | |

Remove from oven and allow to cool completely. | |

Now comes the fun part! Grab a small bowl and scoop your yogurt into it. Next, sprinkle on top the homemade granola and freeze dried fruit for a crispy, delicious topping! Feel free to add more toppings, such as chocolate bits or nuts. |
