Nothing beats homemade banana bread! The addition of cinnamon and pecans enhance the flavors of this all-time favorite comfort food!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3/4 cups Milk
- 3/4 cups Oil
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 5 bags Brothers-All-Natural Banana Fruit Crisps
- 1 1/4 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Optional
- 1/2 cup Chopped pecans
Note
This recipe can be made in advanced and frozen if you’d like. Simply wrap the cooled loaf tightly in plastic wrap (from 2 different directions). Wrap that tightly in foil, label it and freeze it. These can also be made in muffin tins, simply cut down the baking time slightly.
