Peach Citrus Coleslaw

A bright, sweet and tangy mayonnaise-free coleslaw made with fresh citrus and Brothers-All-Natural Peach Crisps. A healthier alternative to heavier coleslaw mixes but preserves the same creamy texture.


  • 1 Lemon (juiced and zested)
  • 1 Lime (juiced and zested)
  • 1 Orange (juiced and zested)
  • 6 bags Brothers-All-Natural Peach Fruit Crisps
  • 1/3 cup White Wine Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Sugar or Honey
  • 1/4 cup Cold Water
  • 2 teaspoons Celery Seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Regular Olive Oil (yellow in color)
  • 2 bags 16 oz Coleslaw Mix (shredded cabbage and carrots)


Step 1
Wash the citrus thoroughly. Zest (be careful not to zest into the pit), then juice the citrus.
Step 2
Put freeze dried peaches, citrus juices and zest, white wine vinegar, sugar or honey, cold water, celery seed, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl (or blender).
Step 3
Blend to puree the ingredients, adding the oil in small increments. Mixture should be thick. Add a little cold water if mixture is too thick.
Step 4
In a large bowl toss the dressing with the coleslaw mix. Let mixture sit at least 10 minutes before serving. Alternately, you may prepare ahead of time and chill in the refrigerator.
