A crunchy, sweet, and tangy chutney with Brothers-All-Natural Peach and Mango Fruit Crisps. Perfect to place atop a piece of grilled salmon or chicken, or enjoyed as-is for a nice and fresh summer treat!

  • 10 bags Brothers-All-Natural Peach Fruit Crisps (slightly crushed)
  • 6 bags Brothers-All-Natural Mango Crisps (slightly crushed)
  • 2 Red Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
  • 2 Green Bell Peppers (seeded and diced)
  • 1 Small Red Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)
  • 2 Limes (juiced)
  • Salt and Pepper (to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Large Garlic Cloves (finely minced)
  • 1/3 cup Cold Water
  • 3 tablespoons Honey
  • 1/3 cup Rice Vinegar

Step 1
To seed the peppers, slice the top and bottom off of each pepper. Stand the pepper upright on its cut edge and slice vertically through one side to open it into a long strip. Turn your knife horizontally and cut the ribs out of the peppers. Tap the pepper on your cutting board to remove the seeds. Dice
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients including the Brothers-All-Natural Peach and Mango Crisps. You may use the citrus zest also, if desired. You may even add fresh avocados to make this a peach mango guacamole ( just omit the sweetener) Toss together the ingredients, cover, refrigerate, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Step 3
Serve as-is as a side, or place atop a piece of cooked fish, chicken or pork, or other lightly flavored meats.
