To seed the peppers, slice the top and bottom off of each pepper. Stand the pepper upright on its cut edge and slice vertically through one side to open it into a long strip. Turn your knife horizontally and cut the ribs out of the peppers. Tap the pepper on your cutting board to remove the seeds. Dice
In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients including the Brothers-All-Natural Peach and Mango Crisps. You may use the citrus zest also, if desired. You may even add fresh avocados to make this a peach mango guacamole ( just omit the sweetener) Toss together the ingredients, cover, refrigerate, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve as-is as a side, or place atop a piece of cooked fish, chicken or pork, or other lightly flavored meats.
