Strawberry Yogurt Muffins

Serves 12


  • 1 3/4 cup Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Vanilla
  • 1 Egg
  • 6 oz. Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 5 Bags Brothers All Natural Strawberry Fruit Crisps (1/2 cup size bags)


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners or spray with grease.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Step 3
In a separate bowl combine the sugar, oil, vanilla, egg, and yogurt. Mix well.
Step 4
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together.
Step 5
Carefully fold in the 5 bags of Brothers All Natural Sliced Strawberry Fruit Crisps.
Step 6
Pour mixture into the muffin tin (filling about 3/4 full). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into each muffin. Allow to cool and enjoy!
