Fruit combined with honey and cinnamon transforms the natural richness of the butter into a real treat!
2 sticks Unsalted Butter (room temperature)
2 bags Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps (we recommend strawberries, peaches or apple cinnamon)
2 tablespoons Honey
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 pinch Nutmeg
In a medium bowl mix together all ingredients well. Try to break up as many butter chunks as possible. Serve immediately or refrigerate following the directions below.
Creating Slices of Butter:
Lay out a piece of foil with a piece of parchment paper on top. Place butter mixture onto the parchment paper in a log shape.
Roll parchment paper over butter making sure to leave an open tail that you can hang on to. Hold the tail end with one hand and place a cookie tray on top of the tail right next to the butter. Scrape cookie tray (wiggle back and forth) toward the butter to compact it.
Roll up butter log (foil and parchment together) and twist each end in opposite directions. Refrigerate butter until solid, then slice and serve as desired. Butter may also be frozen.
