Strawberry Kringle Crackers take sweet and salty to a new level! Strawberry Kringle Crackers

  • 50 Saltine crackers (Approximately)
  • 1 cup Salted butter (2 sticks, cubed)
  • 1 cup Light brown sugar (Packed)
  • 2 cups Chocolate chips (Milk or white chocolate)
  • 1 to 2 bag Brothers All Natural Strawberry Fruit Crisps (1 oz. bag, slightly crushed)


Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray the foil with non-stick cooking spray. Line the pan with saltine crackers.
Step 2
Place the butter and sugar in a medium pot over low heat. Stir until the butter has melted. Once butter has melted, bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Stir constantly. Once the mixture is bubbly and changed to a caramel color, remove from heat and pour over saltine crackers.
Step 3
Place pan in the oven and bake for 7-9 minutes.
Step 4
Remove pan and place chocolate chips on top and allow to melt. Sprinkle lightly crushed Freeze-Dried Strawberries. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes to set.
Step 5
Once hardened, break pieces off the foil and store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
