Strawberry Yogurt Muffins

Strawberry Yogurt Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup Flour
- 2 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1/2 cup Oil
- 2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1 Egg
- 6 oz. Plain or Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- 5 Bags Brothers All Natural Strawberry Fruit Crisps (1/2 cup size bags)
Directions
Step 1 | |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners or spray with grease. | |
Step 2 | |
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. | |
Step 3 | |
In a separate bowl combine the sugar, oil, vanilla, egg, and yogurt. Mix well. | |
Step 4 | |
Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and fold together. | |
Step 5 | |
Carefully fold in the 5 bags of Brothers All Natural Sliced Strawberry Fruit Crisps. | |
Step 6 | |
Pour mixture into the muffin tin (filling about 3/4 full). Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted into each muffin. Allow to cool and enjoy! |
