- 1 tablespoon Vegetable Cream Cheese (or herbed cream cheese)
- 2oz Shaved Ham
- 1 thin slice Provolone Cheese
- 1 bag Brothers-All-Natural Banana Fruit Crisps
- 5 Small Carrot Sticks
- 5 Small Celery Sticks
- 1 tablespoon Ranch Dressing (or dip of choice)
- 1/2 cup Fresh Blueberries (washed)
- 1 Drink Box (100% juice if possible)
